AI that works inside the software you already use.
AI in a separate tab delivers little. Only when it sits inside your ERP, CRM and Microsoft 365 does it become part of how your team works. We connect AI securely to your existing systems, so the work becomes lighter instead of more complicated.
What are AI integrations?
AI integrations connect AI to the software you already use, such as your ERP, CRM or Microsoft 365. Instead of a separate tool next to your work, AI becomes part of your existing systems: it reads and writes data where allowed and helps within the environment your team already works in.
- AI connected to ERP, CRM and Microsoft 365
- Works via the official, supported interfaces
- Respects existing access rights and data minimisation
- Your existing systems stay in place, AI comes on top
Why standalone AI tools get left behind
Most organisations started using AI via a separate tab in the browser. Handy for asking something, but it sits next to the real work. Every time you cut and paste between your AI tool and your ERP or CRM costs time and means it gets left behind after the first few weeks.
The question we hear most often is not 'can we use AI?', but 'can AI work in our system?'. In the planning package, in the CRM, in Outlook. That's where the work happens, and that's where AI has to land to deliver real returns.
Gaide connects AI to the systems you already have. Via the official interfaces, respecting permissions and data minimisation, and always with human control over the output. That way AI becomes part of the daily routine instead of an extra step alongside it.
We don't deliver a connection and disappear. As forward deployed engineers we build the integration, test with real data and stay involved in the management, because a connection only succeeds if it still works after the next software update.
Systems we connect AI to
ERP
Your administration
AI that understands orders, invoices and stock in your ERP, so you can ask questions and automate tasks without manual searching.
CRM
Your customer relationships
AI in your CRM that summarises customer contact, prepares conversations and suggests follow-up, right where your sales and service teams already work.
Microsoft 365
Your daily workplace
AI that connects to Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Office, so it works within the environment your people already have open all day.
Other systems
Sector-specific software
From case management systems to planning tools: if a system allows a connection, we can link AI to it and have it work alongside.
What you get from us
Integration analysis
An overview of your systems, the available interfaces and the places where an integration saves the most time.
A working connection
A secure integration between AI and your existing software, built via the official APIs and tested with real data.
Built-in control
Permissions, logging and data minimisation are part of the connection, with human control over what AI proposes or changes.
Management & further development
We keep the integration working through software updates and expand to further applications as usage grows.
How do we approach it?
From mapping the bottleneck to a connection that works alongside you every day.
-
Mapping systems & bottlenecks
1-2 weeksWe map which systems you use and where the daily frustration sits: the re-typing, the searching, the switching between screens. That's where the gain is.
-
Interfaces & feasibility
1-2 weeksFor each system we look at which connections (APIs) are available and what can be done safely and reliably. So you know in advance what's realistic.
-
Building the connection
3-6 weeksWe build the integration in a defined first application, so you quickly see something working instead of waiting months for a big bang.
-
Testing & rolling out
2-3 weeksWe test with real data and real users, adjust and then roll out in a controlled way. Human control over the output stays built in.
-
Management & further development
ongoingSystems and APIs change. We keep the connections working and expand to further applications as usage grows.
What do we help you with, concretely?
For the board
AI where the work happens
AI only delivers returns when it's part of the daily systems, not as a separate tab next to them. We make sure it lands where your people really work.
For teams
Less re-typing and switching
Data that automatically finds the right place, summaries that appear by themselves, tasks that get prepared. The work becomes lighter, not more complicated.
For IT & security
Connections you trust
We work via the official interfaces of your systems, with attention to permissions, logging and data minimisation. No fragile workarounds.
A connection is one part of a larger implementation project. Discover how we take AI from idea to working solution with AI implementation, and how an AI search system uses these same connections to search across all your sources.

Take the AI Readiness ScanFrequently asked questions about AI integrations
Which systems can you connect AI to?
In principle to any system that offers a connection (API). In practice this often means ERP systems, CRM packages and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), but also sector-specific software such as case management or planning systems. We always start by looking at which interfaces are available and what can be done safely and reliably with them.
Is it safe to connect AI to our business software?
Yes, provided it's set up well. We work via the official interfaces of your systems, respect the existing access rights and make sure only the data that is needed is shared. Where the data is processed and whether it leaves the EU we align with your privacy and security requirements. Security isn't an afterthought but the starting point.
What happens when our software gets an update?
Systems and their interfaces change, that's part of it. That's why we build connections the official, supported way and not via fragile workarounds that break at the first update. In the management phase we keep the integrations working and adjust them when a vendor changes something. That keeps the connection reliable.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No, that's exactly the point. We connect AI to the software you already have, instead of forcing you to switch. Your existing investments stay in place; AI comes on top and makes them smarter. Only if a system truly allows no connection at all do we discuss the alternatives together.
How long before we see something working?
We deliberately don't work with a big bang. After the inventory and the feasibility check we build a defined first application, so you usually see something working in your own environment within a few weeks. From there we expand step by step, based on what delivers value.
